Did any of you see Robson in the tv programme beaten? I thought he was absolutely fantastic in it, just as good as he is in wire in the blood.

Hi.....Yes I did and thought is was great,and it brought out the fact that men can also be victims od domestic abuse. I think the drama was done very well.

I missed the ending of this great movie. I saw up to where you saw her pulling out the iron and beating him. Then what happened? The tape ran out!!!!!

The wife does strike Robson's character severely with a frying pan. As he lies on the floor with a great loss of blood it takes his son to call for emergency assistance and stop the bleeding. But more importantly he encourages his father to live as his father encouraged him to trust and take his hand to step ashore in the opening scene. The son, Jaime says "I've got you." to his dad and more importantly at that moment "I love you!" I like to believe that his dad lives.
