Subject: Wire in the Blood

Hi there - I just watched all 6 seasons of Wire and the movie in TX on Netflix streaming video on my computer. I must say I am heartbroken that I will not be able to see Robson Green portray Tony Hill again.

These were some of the best shows I have ever seen - well written and acted. Now I think I will dive into your novels themselves.

Thanks for this wonderful character. I will always remember him.

Agree. I just completed the series, also on Netflix. And it's one of the better crime series I've ever seen. And I'm ordering the novels too. I do commend Ms. McDermid for creating such a wonderful character. Of the reviews that I've read of her books, the one thing that stands out is that every one seems to agree that these are not run of the mill crime novels, that the character development is full and so is the story and the suspense.
