Subject: Fever in the bone

Does anyone know when Fever in the Bone will be available in Canada? Its very frustrating to see the title and have no idea when you can get it! On another subject was able to see Place of Execution as part of PBS'' Contemporary Mystery series - very good, but can't remember how close it was to the book, since I read the book eons ago! Going to try and get the last few series of Wire in the Blood through the library here - very good at getting British series! - even though the books seems to take forever depending on the author!
